Refi Miro isn’t just a mirror, it's an
experience. Each mirror includes an accessory pack with magnetic affirmation
labels and creative tools to personalize your reflection space. With just a few words of power, users can instantly boost confidence, calm anxiety, and cultivate a more positive mindset.

We’re a two-person founding team that met in the community. Sylvie is our CEO and leads the overall strategy, branding, and customer experience. Hillary is our COO and focuses on product development and business operations.

While these are the roles we’re growing into as the company scales, there’s significant overlap in how we work. Sylvie contributes heavily to brand strategy and long-term planning. Hillary is deeply involved in shaping the product itself.

At this stage, nearly every major decision is made together. We’ve also relied on expert guidance across the board, from engineering to branding, to make sure we’re building this company with insight.

The idea came from one time we have a chat on grateful and self-affirmation journal writing. Both of us found that, under the busy daily schedule, the affirmation journaling time was reducing. We envisioned another system for our self-affirmation routine. Hillary was deep into product research. She came across affirmation mirrors online but was disappointed to find most were poorly reviewed. That sparked a thought: what if we could make a mirror that made people feel good – and worked?

We combined our personal needs, emotional insights, and real market gaps to design something different. A mirror not just for reflection, but for healing, self-affirmation, and emotional connection.

Sylvie brings a strong background in supply chain and brand management, with experience in high-growth consumer brands. She has overseen product rollouts, sourcing operations, and customer experience strategies at scale. Hillary’s experience spans digital marketing strategy, finance and product development. She built a self-directed career in independent investing. Together, we’ve brought on expert advisors across
engineering, marketing, and logistics to help guide every major decision.

We believe everything we’ve done so far has laid the foundation for Refi Miro’s success. Our combined skill sets, shared
values, and willingness to seek expert guidance are what make us confident that
we can deliver on this vision and do it the right way.

Every package comes with an acrylic frame magnetic mirror, and a designed binder that
includes quote magnets. Screws and expansion screws are also included in the
package for hanging the mirror.

The mirror size: H 31.5” * W 23.6”, weight: 9.6lbs. The accessories pack binder is A5 size.

Kickstarter FAQ's

Yes. We’ve done both prototypes and safety test. Right now we’re searching supplier and preparing a trial-produce. We’ll update
tester program as soon as the trial production completed. If you’re interested
in being the beta tester, please subscribe e-mail list or follow us on Instagram.

We’re aiming to launch in January 2026, but we’re keeping some flexibility. Quality is our top priority, so we won’t rush the launch just to hit a date. As we get closer, we’ll have a clearer picture of any remaining variables, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

You pledge your support for a product before it’s made
You’re only charged if the campaign hits its funding goal
Once funded, we begin manufacturing and shipping

Kickstarter is all-or-nothing. If the campaign doesn’t hit the funding goal, no one is
charged. That said, we’re committed to launching and will explore other ways to
move forward if our goal is not met.

You’ll only be charged if the campaign is successfully funded. From that point on, creators are contractually obligated under Kickstarter’s terms to fulfill the promised rewards or issue refunds if they’re unable to. We’ve spent nearly a year preparing with manufacturers to reduce risk and ensure a smooth process. While Kickstarter doesn’t guarantee delivery, we’re committed to transparency, regular updates, and honoring your trust every step of the way.

Every dollar will go toward bringing the product to life. That includes mold
creation, manufacturing minimums, testing, packaging, shipping, and design expansion. We are committed to using funds responsibly. We’ve self-funded so far, but Kickstarter helps us deliver faster and at a larger scale without relying on outside investors.
