Orders & Account
When will I receive my order confirmation email?
You should receive your order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Can I check out without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
What can I see in my account?
If you have an account, you can view your order history, saved details, quiz results, and your referral code if you have joined the referral program.
What if I forgot my password?
Account login and password reset are handled through Shopify’s account system. Please use the password reset option on the login page.
Can I place more than one order using the same email address?
Yes. You can place multiple orders using the same email address.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to update your shipping address or request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to change the items in your order, we recommend cancelling the order before shipment and placing a new one.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $79.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We ship within the United States, and international shipping may be available depending on destination and checkout availability. Shipping availability and rates may vary by region. How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
How long does shipping take within the U.S.?
Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on distance and the carrier.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping does not qualify for free shipping offers.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, and selected shipping method. Orders over the applicable free shipping threshold will receive standard free shipping where eligible.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to help update the address. Additional shipping fees may apply, and those costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping times are estimated, and delivery delays are the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend checking the latest tracking updates first.
What if my package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
Please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at service@refimiro.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Will my order ever arrive in more than one package?
Yes. In some cases, an order may ship in multiple packages. If that happens, you will receive separate tracking updates where applicable.
Do customers outside the U.S. need to pay duties or taxes?
Where applicable, duties, taxes, and import-related charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
How do I start a return?
Please contact us by email at service@refimiro.com to begin a return request.
What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What items are not returnable?
The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items; custom items; and any item clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
For hygiene and health considerations, all earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect item, a damaged item, or another issue on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
We do not charge a general restocking fee on standard eligible returns. However, we reserve the right to review excessive, suspicious, abusive, or bad-faith return activity. In such cases, we may refuse a return or refund, apply a reasonable restocking fee, limit future return eligibility, or restrict future purchases.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
How long do refunds take?
We process approved refunds within 5 business days after the return has been received and reviewed. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact service@refimiro.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue so we can review it as quickly as possible.
What if my return is lost in transit?
We recommend using a trackable return shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed. If a return appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, contact us at service@refimiro.com with your return details and tracking information.

Where can I find sizing information?
Product sizing and measurements are listed on the product detail page whenever applicable.
Can there be slight measurement differences?
Yes. Because measurements may be taken by hand, slight differences can occur.
Will my piece look exactly like the product photos?
We do our best to represent each piece as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, finish, bead pattern, or natural detail may occur.
Are variations normal?
Yes. Small variations are normal, especially where materials, finishes, or handmade details are involved.
Quiz, Referral & Affiliate
Can I retake the quiz?
Yes. You can retake the quiz at any time.
Can I see my quiz results later?
Yes. If you are logged in, your quiz results can be viewed in your account.
Do I need to log in to use referral?
At the moment, referral is available to logged-in users.
How does referral work?
Once logged in, you can access your referral area in your account and share your referral code or referral flow with a friend.
What does my friend get through referral?
Your friend receives 20% off their first qualifying order.
What do I get if my referral qualifies?
If the referral qualifies, you receive 20% off your next order, plus a limited-time $5 PayPal reward, subject to verification and program rules.

Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes. Refi Miro offers an affiliate program for approved creators and partners.
What is the affiliate commission rate?
Approved affiliates currently receive 10% commission on qualifying sales.
