A small ritual after wearing
You do not need a complicated routine.
After wearing, gently wipe your piece with the soft polishing cloth included with your order. It removes the day’s moisture, perfume, skincare, and natural oils.
Once the piece is clean and dry, keep it in the jewelry pouch. A little separation helps protect it from scratches and keeps it ready for next time.
Put it on last
Jewelry likes to be the final step.
Apply perfume, lotion, sunscreen, hair products, or hand cream first. Let them settle into the skin, then put your jewelry on.
This helps protect the finish and keeps each piece feeling fresh for longer.
Store it softly
When you are not wearing it, keep your piece in a cool, dry place.
Store pieces separately when possible, especially stones, pearls, charms, and polished surfaces that may scratch when they rub against each other.
Give it quiet time

We recommend removing your pieces before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, cleaning, or using chemicals.
That is why every order includes a portable jewelry pouch — so when the moment calls for taking your jewelry off, you have a soft place to keep it close and protected.
A little contact with water is part of life. But repeated exposure to water, sweat, saltwater, chlorine, perfume, and cleaning products can soften shine, affect plating, and change the way a piece wears over time.
About natural stones
Many Refi Miro pieces use natural stones.
That means color, texture, shape, and small markings may vary from piece to piece. We see this as part of their quiet character — a reminder that no two pieces carry the moment in exactly the same way.
To care for stone details, avoid harsh cleaners, ultrasonic machines, heavy impact, and long exposure to moisture.
About gold-plated stainless steel
Our jewelry is made with 18K gold-plated stainless steel, chosen for everyday wear, polish, and durability.
Like all plated jewelry, the finish may gradually change with time, friction, body chemistry, skincare products, and how often the piece is worn.
This is a natural part of wear. Thoughtful care can help slow that process.

Your item is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects related to craftsmanship and materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or damage caused by water, chemicals, impact, or incorrect storage.
