Shipping Policy
Shipping Origin and Regions
Orders are currently shipped from the United States. We ship within the United States, and international shipping may be available depending on destination and checkout availability. Shipping availability may vary by region.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or unusual order volume, processing may take longer.
Delivery Estimates
For U.S. orders, standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery timing is determined by the carrier and may vary based on destination, service level, weather, peak periods, or other operational factors.
Any delivery estimate provided at checkout or on the site is an estimate only, not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Within the United States, we offer free standard shipping on eligible orders over $79, a flat $8 standard shipping rate on orders below the free shipping threshold, and $15 express shipping where available.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, carrier options, and service level selected. International shipping availability may vary by region and checkout availability.
Free shipping promotions currently apply only within the United States unless expressly stated otherwise.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help before shipment, but additional carrier or reshipment fees may apply, and such fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
Carrier Delays, Delivery Issues, and Lost Packages
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing and in-transit delays are primarily the responsibility of the carrier. If a shipment is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or otherwise appears to be missing, we recommend contacting the carrier first.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges

Split Shipments
In some cases, one order may be shipped in multiple packages or separate shipments. If this happens, you may receive tracking updates for more than one shipment.

Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, an item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.
Items that show signs of wear, use, damage caused after delivery, or handling inconsistent with normal inspection may not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health considerations, all earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item, a damaged item, or another issue on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If something doesn’t feel quite right, you’re welcome to return it and choose another piece that feels better for you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a returned item is received and approved, we aim to process the refund within 5 business days.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear depends on the payment provider or payment method used, and may vary between card issuers, PayPal, Klarna, and other payment systems.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact service@refimiro.com within 7 business days of delivery. Please include clear photos and relevant order details so we can review the issue.
Warranty Policy
We stand by pieces made to stay with you.
Your item is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If anything isn’t as it should be due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of it — whether that means a repair or a replacement. This warranty covers issues related to craftsmanship and materials. It doesn’t include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use. Proof of purchase may be required. Repairs/replacements are subject to assessment.
If something doesn’t feel right, please let us know. We’ll do our best to make it right.
No General Restocking Fee
We do not charge a general restocking fee on standard eligible returns.
Excessive or Abusive Returns
However, we reserve the right to review and respond to excessive, suspicious, abusive, or bad-faith return activity, including but not limited to:
- repeated no-reason returns
- excessive return frequency
- apparent try-on or wear-and-return behavior
- unusual return patterns involving higher-value items
- market-specific return abuse
- any activity we reasonably believe is intended to misuse our return policy
In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion:
- refuse a return or refund
- apply a reasonable restocking fee
- withhold part of a refund where permitted
- limit future return eligibility
- restrict or refuse future purchases
- close or suspend related customer accounts where appropriate
We reserve the right of final interpretation in determining whether return activity is excessive, abusive, suspicious, or inconsistent with the purpose of this policy.
