These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://refimiro.com/ (the “Site”) and any related services, purchases, content, features, or interactions offered by Summitop Trade Limited (“Refi Miro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

You must use this Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, exploit promotions unfairly, create fraudulent accounts, or engage in any conduct that may harm Refi Miro, our customers, or our service providers.

We may refuse service, suspend access, cancel orders, or restrict accounts where we believe there has been misuse, abuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

Refi Miro offers jewelry and related product bundles through the Site. All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to update, discontinue, limit, or change any product, product bundle, description, image, price, or availability at any time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to present product details accurately. However, actual appearance may vary depending on device display, lighting, craftsmanship, and natural material variation. Product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, and colors may therefore differ slightly from what appears on screen.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site or at checkout.

Taxes, shipping charges, and any other applicable fees are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable. For international orders, duties, customs charges, and import-related fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment methods made available at checkout. You represent that any payment information you submit is valid, accurate, and authorized.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel transactions arising from such errors, and refuse or cancel any order we believe is suspicious, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Your order is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation emails do not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to review, accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, commercially resold without authorization, or otherwise problematic.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

We ship to a broad range of destinations, including international locations, subject to availability and shipping carrier limitations.

Estimated shipping times are informational only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur due to inventory issues, carrier disruption, customs processing, force majeure events, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title transfer in accordance with applicable shipping arrangements and law. Further details regarding shipping timelines, delivery handling, and related matters may be described in our Shipping Policy, where applicable.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at service@refimiro.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation if fulfillment has already begun or the order has already shipped.

Where a return is approved under our applicable return rules, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect item, a damaged item, or another issue on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Return eligibility, timelines, exclusions, and procedures are governed by our Return / Refund Policy, where applicable. Nothing in these Terms overrides any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

You may be allowed to create or use an account on the Site through Shopify customer accounts or related account features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are false, duplicated, abusive, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or any related program rules.

From time to time, Refi Miro may offer promotions, referral programs, affiliate programs, discount codes, bundles, or other special offers.

Such programs may be governed by separate terms, policies, or program pages. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any separate promotion, referral, or affiliate terms, the separate program-specific terms will govern that program.

We reserve the right to limit, revoke, withhold, or cancel any discount, reward, referral benefit, or promotional advantage where misuse, abuse, fraud, or policy violation is suspected.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, copy, images, product photography, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, trade dress, layout, and brand materials, is owned by or licensed to Summitop Trade Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our jewelry is intended for ordinary personal wear, but all jewelry is subject to natural wear, environmental exposure, and variation in care.

Material descriptions on the Site are provided in good faith, but individual wear experience may vary depending on body chemistry, skincare products, moisture exposure, storage habits, activity level, and sensitivity to metals or materials.

Customers are responsible for following reasonable jewelry care practices. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, water, perfume, sweat, impact, or ordinary wear over time, except to the extent required by law or expressly covered by a separate written policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
